BARRE

SCULPT
This class is one of our most favourite full body workouts. A strength based workout with cardio sprints sprinkled throughout. We will move to the beat across all planes of motion.
ASSETS
Primarily focuses on abs, glutes and legs. You can expect lots of lunges, squats, quadruped and side line work to burn out your lower body.
MOVE
Choreographed to music to help power you through a dynamic series of dance-like movements that help you align and connect. Expect rhythmic movement with opposition, stretch and strength combinations.
